Description
Round-leaved fluellin is a low, hairy plant with a creeping, branching stem. Spaced along the stem are rounded, fuzzy leaves and at the axis of leaf and stem a slender stalk arises topped by a solitary snapdragon like flower. The whole flower is somewhat fuzzy, dark purple on top, yellow bellow and with a long spur projecting from the back. It flower from July to October and the flowers are followed by a spherical seed capsule about 4 mm long.

Round-leaved fluellin is an annual of arable and disturbed land usually on calcareous soils and often found growing sharp-leaved fluellin.
Growing Information
Can be grown from seed sown at any time of the year.
