Refund and Returns Policy
We hope that you will be fully satisfied with the seeds that we supply. If for any reason you have a problem with our products please do contact us and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can seek to resolve the issue.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products, and the conditions which they need to be stored in, we cannot guarantee all items will be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item please send us an email to enquiries@emorsgateseeds.com with details of your item and the problem with them.
Shipping Returns
Before returning seed or other products to us please first contact us to notify us so we can advise you on the best course of action and the returns address, if necessary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning items of higher value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
